Shipping from Dongguan

All ACE7CN orders ship from Dongguan, China, with tracking. In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays. Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Rates and delivery times

  • United States: Standard 7–12 business days, US$7.99. Express 4–7 business days, US$19.99.
  • Europe (the European Union, the UK, Switzerland and Norway): Standard 6–12 business days, up to 15 for Nordic countries, Portugal and Czechia; US$7.99. Express 3–7 business days, US$19.99.
  • Canada, Australia and New Zealand: Standard 8–14 business days, US$9.99. Express 4–8 business days, US$24.99.
  • Rest of the world: Standard 10–20 business days, US$12.99. Express 4–10 business days, US$29.99.
  • Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over US$79, after discounts and before taxes.

Remote areas may require 3–5 additional business days. Express cannot be delivered to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Tracking details are emailed when your order is dispatched; please allow 1–2 business days for updates to appear. The amounts shown at checkout prevail.

Duties and taxes

Orders to all destinations, including the United States, ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, VAT, GST and carrier clearance fees are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Where charged, they are payable by the recipient. Charges vary by country, so please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Returns

  • Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@ace7cn.com with your order number.
  • Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • We send the return address by email; please do not send returns to the sender address on your parcel.
  • Return shipping is at your cost for a change of mind or sizing, and at ours for defective, damaged or incorrect items.
  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days of your return arriving, to your original payment method. Original shipping fees and import charges paid on delivery are non-refundable, except as set out for EU and UK customers below.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges; please return the item and place a new order.
  • Final Sale and made-to-order items cannot be returned.

EU and UK customers

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, simply by telling us by email; no approval is needed. Please send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the item price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of being informed, and may wait until we receive the goods or proof of sending. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The Final Sale exclusion and the conditions above do not limit this right, and your statutory rights are not affected.
