Refund policy

30-day returns

If a piece is not right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with their original tags and packaging.

How to return

Email support@ace7cn.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges

To exchange a piece for another colour or style, return the original item and place a new order.
